Christmas is around the corner and some of us are having troubles on what to use to decorate a Christmas tree at home. For those of us who are environmentally-friendly and want to avoid buying expensive artificial Christmas tree, this Christmas tree from fallen branches is perfect to have one. We should keep in our mind that all store-bought Christmas ornaments should be recycable for future use!

Materials:

These are the fallen branches from our backyard. Instead of putting the branches into the trash, I collected these and make them into a eco-friendly Christmas decoration.

Procedures:
1. Grab branches from outdoors that the leaves have fallen. Clean it before using this material.
Picture
2. Tie them together with a string in to the lower part of the collected branches.

3. Spread the branches and arrange it them. Make sure that they are equally divided and the bottom part are wide so that it can stand alone. The bottom part will serve as the base.

4. Cut a ribbon and tie it over the string that holds the branches. This will cover the string and at the same time will add a nice detail on the decoration.

5. Cut some of the longer branches using a scissor to make a shape according to what you want.

6. Start hanging your Christmas ornaments on each branch.

Tip: You can also arrange the branches in a vase if you have one.

Easy right? Now, you have an eco-friendly Christmas decoration from the fallen branches ready to display at home or office.

Tips: You can also paint the branches with gold or silver depending on the theme you want to achieve. But I suggest to let its natural color because it is much dramatic and let its natural beauty shines.

i have fallen branches all over my place and never think of making them as christmas decor. your product reminds me of childhood when we used the coconut broomstick as a christmas tree.
