BIGFISH International presents CREAM Halloween Ball 2013---the biggest and longest-running halloween costume party in the Philippines, taking place at The World Trade Center (Pasay City, Metro Manila) on Saturday, October 26, 3013. 

This year’s ball is themed Ancient Roman Empire and showcases performances by special guest artists, International Dance Music Award (IDMA)-winning Australian songwriter, music producer, and dj--TyDi, and British DJ and record producer, Lange. Spinning as well are BIGFISH resident djs, Kuala Lumpur-based John Paul Lee & Chris Raeuber.
