Herminio S. Beltran, CCP Intertextual Unit chief, explains, “The festival celebrates how previous and current texts, and text-makers (the artists) then and now relate socially in space and time.” He adds that the festival aims to access relationships with and between the page and the stage, and tradition and innovation.
