Pine Cone Turkey is a perfect decoration and give away this Thanks Giving that you can do for just a minute. Using old papers and a pine cone, you now have a simple yet very creative decoration. Reminder: Kids can create all of these crafts with the help of an adult and some safety scissors.
Materials:
- Marker/Pen
- Old Papers/Magazines
- Scissors
- Cellotape
- Pine Cone
Procedures:
1. Decorate feather shapes on a construction paper or old magazines and cut it out. Make 10 pieces.
2. The pine cone will be the turkey's body. Glue the paper feathers in between the wide side of the pine cone.
3. Then make a turkey's head on your own design. Using your cellotape or a glue, put it in front of the turkey.
Tips: You can put clay at the bottom of the pine cone to steady it on the table. You can also glue the acorn to the front of the turkey using hot glue to make a head. Glue eyes and a small piece of red paper as the turkey'swattle.Voila!, You now have a great Thanksgiving table turkey decoration. Hope you learn and had fun!
